We’re so tangled up with the minutia of daily life most of us simply sit back and pass on success to the next guy.

So What Are These Unique Entrepreneur Characteristics?
Entrepreneur Characteristics are a compilation of traits and skills that allow you to visualize potential prospects and spot opportunities those others don’t see and then outline how to bring these opportunities to realization.
A Positive Mindset is crucial to deal with the ups and downs of business life. Everyday must begin with confidence. When you start out your day with a smile on your face and a positive viewpoint on life exciting things start to happen.
The Vision to create the dream, develop the plan and the commitment to accomplish it. Entrepreneurs with vision create opportunities and turn them into actionable results. Just imagine everything that goes into the vision; not just the end results but all the small everyday steps that guide the way to the end results. Entrepreneurs possess the vision to achieve every milestone and every goal for tomorrow’s dream.
Passion and Perseverance will always trump failure. It gets entrepreneurs through the hard times and drudgery. The biggest obstacle for any entrepreneur to overcome is failure. You get a great opportunity and all is going well until you meet your first failure and your energy sputters. Remember, nothing in life is without obstacles and challenges; it makes success all that much sweeter but in times of turmoil you need to find that passion and perseverance to move forward and leave behind the baggage.
Passion and Perseverance will always trump failure
Two of the most effective entrepreneur characteristics are Courage and Risk. You must have the courage to be aware of your fear and still risk it all for the vision. All of us have a comfort zone that we dare to step away from. Successful entrepreneurs have this inner toughness that allows them to overcome personal doubt and fear and stride towards something better and bigger.
Leadership – how often do we hear from the man in the dark suit and tie deliver a bold speech that turns out to be nothing more than hot air? Entrepreneurs must have the capacity to take the ship in the right direction, make the right decisions and deliver results.
There comes a time when everyone must clarify their purpose and are forced to decide what you will do during your lifetime. If you possess entrepreneur characteristics perhaps you’ll make a contribution and become part of some big accomplishment that moves society forward and deserves applause.
And if you don’t appear to have these entrepreneur characteristics perhaps this will arouse a passion in you that influences change and growth for a bigger accomplishment.
